ABOUT SOL AGENCY LTD
Sol Agency Ltd is an Internet Real Estate company registered in England but with our own representatives on the Costa del Sol.
The directors are John Chilvers, a retired London Police Inspector and his Chilean born wife, Yudi, a former Spanish tutor in the UK.
Since 1992 we have had experience of owning properties, living and running businesses in mainland Spain and also in Tenerife.
Sol Agency started out as a Rentals/Real Estate business on the Costa del Sol in 2001. However, due to family reasons, we returned to the UK a few years later where we formed our overseas real estate company, Sol Agency Ltd.
Although we are involved in the sale of property in Cyprus and various regions of Spain, Costa del Sol is our main area of operation. We are members of two of the largest multi-agency agency networks in that region.
We have our own representatives on the Costa del Sol who have an extensive knowledge of the property market in that area and are able to provide a personal customer service to clients looking to purchase a property there, whether it's for a holiday home, permanent residence or an investment property.
OUR AIM IS TO USE OUR MARKET KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, RESOURCES AND CONNECTIONS TO FIND YOU THE MOST SUITABLE PROPERTY AT THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE. If WE can't find what you're asking for - it probably doesn't exist!! |
