ABOUT SOL AGENCY LTD

Sol Agency is a UK registered company and member of the Infocasa Network, with over 500 Real Estate Network Partners, mainly on the Costa del Sol, but also in other regions and Cyprus.

The directors are John Chilvers, a retired London Police Inspector, and his Chilean wife, Yudicta, a former Spanish tutor in the UK. Both have experience of buying property, living and running businesses in mainland Spain and also in Tenerife.

They started Sol Agency as a real estate business on the Costa del Sol in 2001 and have retained the name for their UK based company.

Looking for a home abroad is not an easy task! Especially when there is such a lot on offer and many companies trying to entice you to view properties with them.
