This two day property inspection visit is offered to visitors from the UK for £149 per couple (£99 single). The cost is FULLY REFUNDABLE when you reserve and exchange contracts on a Taylor Woodrow de España home.
The Lifestyle Inspection Visit will enable you to get a real feel for the area and give you the opportunity to talk with the Taylor Woodrow team who are experienced in all aspects of buying a property in Spain. They will be happy to answer your questions and guide you through the entire process.

The Lifestyle Inspection Visit includes:
- Customised itinerary
- Flights from your local UK airport (subject to availability)
- Transport to and from the airport in Spain
- Luxury accommodation near to the development(s) you are going to visit
- Full presentation of the development(s) and you will be shown the surrounding area.
UNDER YOUR OWN STREAM
You may of course prefer to make your own arrangements. We'll arrange an appointment at the development of your choice in Spain, then pick you up by car on the day. Just let us know when you contact us that you're interested in the 'Own Steamer' service.
