| Fuel: Car will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. Value of fuel between €33 and €72.12 depending on the model supllied. Cars should be returned with an empty tank |
| Return to a different location than collection point - Requirement: 3 days minimum hire plus additional payment depending on location. |
| Baby seat (to be fitted by parent/gaurdian): €2.50 per day (Max €30 per rental). We ask for a €30 deposit in Majorca which is refundable if returned in the same condition. |

| Majorca one way rentals: Rentals of one week or more are free, otherwise they are: a) Pick-up at Palma Airport and drop-off at Puerto Pollensa, Cala Millor, Cala D'Or or vice versa: €30 b) Pick-up at Palma Airport and drop-off at Santa Ponsa, Palma City or vice versa: €15 c) Pick-up and delivery between branch offices (Not Airport) €15 |
OTHER RENTAL CONDITIONS |
| Payment: By credit card when picking up the car. The credit card must be in the name of the main driver. |
| Drivers: Must be over 21 and have held a driving licence (International driving licence) for a minmum of 12 months. There is no maximum age restriction or surcharge. The main driver must be in possession of a valid credit card (MasterCard or VISA Card). |
| Insurance limitation: The insurance is fully comprehensive but wheels, lost keys, undercarriage and interior of the car are not covered under the insurance policy. The hirer is liable for these items. There is an option to purchase additional insurance cover for tyres, wheels and rims. The cost is 20 Euros. Personal effects are also not covered and we recommend that clients are covered by travel insurance. If clients load the load the car with more than the stated capacity or the vehicle is taken 'off-road' or drivers are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the insurance becomes invalid. In case of accident or collision, the client must correctly complete the accident form provided (parte amistoso de accidente) which will be in the glove compartment. NO EXCESS for all vehicles other than GROUP Q which has an excess of €1,500. This is charged to the client's credit card at collection. If the car is returned in exactly the same condition as supplied, the amount will be reimbursed. |
| Rental period: Minimum rental period is 3 days. If there is a difference of more than 4 hours in the time that the car is collected and returned, an extra day will be charged. (i.e. 4 hours grace is given) |
Cross Border: Cars can be driven to Portugal and Gibraltar at no extra charge but are not allowed to be taken to any other foreign countries.
